This technique is used by the Mayan people to assist with various dis-eases of digestion, menstrual cycle discomfort, bladder issues, and other pelvic bowl/abdominal restrictions. This technique is initially performed by a practitioner before a massage program is instructed for consistent performance, at home. Arvigo massage is also beneficial for people who are working on becoming pregnant— due to its ability to realign the womb space and create a better flow of the menstrual cycle, it can also create a more enhanced flow for the connection of sperm and ovum.
